update, I took Parker to the Dr. today and he has two ear infections. He also has a crazy amount of earwax. For some reason when my kids teeth, they produce a lot of earwax, a fun fact for you :)
he is the first to get an ear infection, the girls have never gotten one. Poor guy, he is super sad, but his medicine should help him fast.

I'm so sorry to hear about ear infections and an upcoming plane ride. We have had many, many ear infections in our home. You should demand some pain killer for that little guy. The prescription sometimes helps, but it takes days...
